Don Lee's Tire & Auto

I can't recommend Don Lee's Tire & Auto enough! I've taken my Jeep Grand Cherokee here several times, and every experience has been outstanding. Their prices have always been fair, and they've been honest about what my vehicle actually needed instead of trying to sell me unnecessary repairs. One thing I really appreciate is that if you're considering buying a used vehicle, they'll inspect it and let you know what repairs or maintenance it may need before you make a decision. That kind of honesty and expertise can save you a lot of money and headaches. As a woman, finding an auto repair shop you can genuinely trust isn't always easy. Unfortunately, many women worry about being taken advantage of when it comes to car repairs. That has never been my experience here. Every member of their team has treated me with respect, explained things clearly, and never made me feel pressured. I always leave feeling informed and confident. The shop is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. They even have refreshments available while you wait, making the experience much more pleasant. They also perform vehicle inspections and emissions testing, making them a convenient one-stop shop for your automotive

Don Lee’s is easily the best auto shop I’ve worked with. My car was fully diagnosed, quoted, and serviced in the span of 3 days after calling. They do great work and get it done quick at a good price. They know their stuff.

I highly recommend Don Lee’s Tires & Auto for anyone looking for reliable and honest auto service. I’ve been a repeat customer for a reason—the service is consistently excellent every time I visit. A special shoutout to Charlie Alvarez, who always goes above and beyond. He is extremely professional, polite, and takes the time to make sure everything is explained clearly. It’s rare to find someone who combines great customer service with such strong knowledge and integrity. Because of the outstanding experience I’ve had here, I will continue coming back and recommending them to others. Truly top-notch service!

My husband has u ex Don Lee for about 20 years for his business trucks and personal automobiles. Since he passed away 2022 I have continued to use them. They are trustworthy and when repairs are needed, they explained to me why I need that repair so I can understand it in repair work is always guaranteed. Customer service is excellence. I have moved to Virginia and I still come back and get my car serviced here.
